Why I Built Medical Billing 101
After a decade working inside hospitals, BPO companies, and payer organizations, I noticed one consistent problem billing professionals had nowhere to find fast, accurate, payer-specific guidance on denial codes, appeal strategies, and coding updates.
Most online resources are written by marketers, not actual billing professionals. Every article on this site comes from real-world billing experience not theory. When I explain how to appeal a CO-97 denial with Aetna, it is because I have done it hundreds of times myself.
